Aeroquip premium speciality hoses - for specific challenges
Discover Danfoss premium speciality hoses for high- and low-temperature applications, with superior durability and versatility.
Danfoss AQP hoses offer unmatched reliability and durability in high- and low-temperature applications. Constructed with patented elastomeric materials, it outlasts conventional hoses up to five times longer. With an extreme temperature range of up to +150˚C (+302˚F) and to -57˚C (-70˚F) and compatibility with a variety of fluid types, it provides excellent performance above SAE and EN standards. Using AQP hose can help reduce inventory and streamline operations by eliminating the need for multiple hoses for different fluid types.

Aeroquip EC600 X-Flex Spiral Hose
Engineered for outstanding flexibility, our Aeroquip EC600 spiral hose is the go-to solution for applications that require easier and more cost-efficient spiral hose installation in tight spaces. Aeroquip EC850 Dynamax four/six wire spiral hose
Look no further than the EC850 spiral hose to handle high-pressure demands without compromise. Designed to accommodate the most current pump technologies, rigorously tested up to 500 bar, the EC850 hose enables more durable and efficient machines with extreme power density. The hose is also built to last—meeting typical lifecycle requirements in all sizes but delivering up to 3 million impulse cycles in sizes -10 and -12, six times higher than the standard.

Spiral fittings
Our 4S/6S non-skive, spiral-hose fittings use Dura-Seal™ technology to provide leak-free performance and Dura-Kote™ corrosion resistant plating to provide up to 1,000 hours of protection. Our 1W internal skive fittings extend assembly life in even the toughest, highest-pressure applications. Design features such as back-up hexes, slip-over nuts, and non-brazed nipples protect against failure and make assembly easy.
